Spot on with the "air conditioner" appraisal. Watch how the media will use words like "cathedral" and "palace" as it gets closer to opening. In Sunday's NY Post Woody Johnson gushed that the fans will love the experience because everything will be green. Bathing an ugly gray building in Green lights!!! Wow, this is truly the 21st century!!
